What Clients Say

“Mike did a great job with our administrators.  I think he was a little apprehensive when we were planning the retreat since no teachers would be present, but that was not an issue… he adapted to our group beautifully.  I was concerned that our elementary principals would not take away as much as the secondary since they have implemented Data Teams to a greater extent.  Again, not a problem for Mike.  He was able to identify ‘personalities,’ individual needs, and skill levels and quickly differentiate to the participants.  He accomplished everything we had hoped… helping us to develop consistency in the system- district-wide, and take everyone to the next level. We plan (and hope) that Mike will be available to return to SLSD for our next steps with teachers.”
