Data Teams Success Stories allows readers to see the experiences that successful schools and districts have had implementing the Data teams process with the support of The Leadership and Learning Center.  The book features stories from schools all over the country and with many types of demographics represented.

In this volume, school and district leaders write their own stories of the struggles they faced, the steps they took, and the successes they celebrated through their journeys with Data Teams.  The book also guides the reader to develop his or her own “success story” by developing plans to implement and sustain Data Teams in his or her own district.
