This subscription includes four self-contained DVDs which teach leadership and curriculum-based instruction.  In each DVD, Dr. Reeves leads a study based on his latest research, publications, and keynote addresses.

DVD 1 – Reframing Teacher Leadership
In this program, Dr. Douglas Reeves will share new research culled from demographically, economically, and linguistically diverse schools.  From that research Dr. Reeves crafts a new framework for teacher leadership that genuinely leads to higher student achievement.  In doing so you will learn the necessary environmental elements for effective teacher leadership, why teacher leadership starts with teachers observing the practices of other teachers, and how central office administrators can become the architects of teacher leader networks that encourage the sharing of effective instructional practice.

DVD 2 – Coaching for Success: New Research for Improved Personal and Organizational Performance

DVD 4 – Leadership Maps
