Leadership Performance Coaching

Imagine your organization populated with leaders who are sought out for the way they interact with others and the results those interactions produce… Imagine more people in your organization achieving outcomes toward the highest goals of the organizations; outcomes that could clearly be called wise.

Some leaders assume they have to choose between developing people and getting things done.  They feel there simply is not enough time to do both—that ignoring the need for people to think out loud with someone else is simply the price you have to pay for achieving timely results.  Leadership Performance Coaching is a research based professional development program designed by Elle Allison, Ph.D., that teaches strategies for accomplishing both; developing people and producing results.

The Research
This training program for coaches in your organizations draws on foundational research from leadership, human development, organizational development, communications, and emotional intelligence.  It includes case study findings and practical applications from the practice of successful Leadership and Learning coaches and others in the field.
