Leadership and Change
This seminar focuses on the importance of leadership and explores why change is so hard. The presentation provides an overview of the research on what impacts student achievement or what is “the right work.” It also provides research findings on what leaders need to do to carry out this work, and reasons why leaders may be challenged “to lead.”
