Leadership MapsTM is not another self-assessment that describes an unattainable ideal, but rather, it is an instrument that assists leaders in examining their own leadership in the context of successful, deep, and sustainable practices. In this program you will learn how to recognize the relationship between extraordinary learning and extraordinary performance. We will reinforce the importance of deep implementation as an antecedent to sustain excellence, both in achievement and in building internal capacity. Leadership Maps is based on deep analysis of research and emerging leadership practices in terms of leading change, data analysis, standards at work, content expertise, accountability in action, and planning, implementation, and monitoring.
