Implementation Coaching Visits
Customized Implementation Visits ensure educators most effectively use the professional development previously presented. These visits make the leaders and staff more supportively accountable for what they are learning, and also model in small groups and classroom situations how to use the best practices learned.
Each customized and flexible visit provides specific, focused, and individual attention to the priorities and needs of the school. These visits also provide differentiated professional development that can mold all initiatives together so they can be successful.
Based on The Center’s extensive research and experience, these visits are necessary in order to integrate the key learning from the seminars into effective practices that will improve student achievement.
The Center will work with the administration to ensure the most effective use of these visits and will provide a detailed debriefing.
